Best Practices

You are the boss, but some work better than others. Our established best practices are a gift offering to you to help save you time, effort, energy and optimize your profit potentials. Accept them freely as they will serve you well.

Pre-Launch

You are in the pre-launch part of the Launch Sequence. The Launch and Best Practices will follow.

When you are done with this page, just close it to return to your previous location. We suggest you first review the steps below, then watch the Launch Explainer Video at the bottom of this section.

Ask yourself these important questions.

  1. Decide whether you will be registering as an entity or as an individual. This matters because as long as we are stuck with the income tax system, the revenues you receive will generate a 1099-MISC.
    • If you choose to list as an individual, you will need a name and a social security number.
    • If you list as an entity, you should have ready that entity’s tax EIN.
    • If you have specific questions beyond these basics, you can contact sales support directly during business hours.
  2. Best Practice: Note that you do NOT have to be a charity, group, cause or non-profit to use this Web3 Fundraising system. You can be a for-profit business or an individual entrepreneur who makes a business out of using this system to help those groups create for themselves legacy cashflows.
  3. Once you decide who will be the active players, you will need the following information for each:
    • For the Vendor’s requirements:
      • Legal name
      • Full address
      • Phone
      • Email
      • Date of birth (needed to verify age)
      • Who may play?
        • If this is an individual, if she/he is a veteran, active military, surviving spouse or full-time student, they may be eligible for 100% sign-up waiver. To receive this discount, these individuals must have military or veteran IDs, DD 214 or student ID cards for verification.
        • If the student is not yet 18, but older than 16, they may play with adult consent, subject to the vendor’s current policies.
        • If you are registering a group or and individual who is not a member with waived access fee (listed above), you should have ready a credit card or other payment method for the one-time admin set-up fee of ~$50 USD (varies per country)
      • Bank account and routing info for the account into which direct deposits will be made.
    • For the Public face of your custom website:
      • Your custom website will include
        • Display name (the public name of your entity or cause)
        • Phone number (optional)
        • Email (optional)
        • Square image, logo or icon (optional)
      • You will be offered an opportunity use an affinity name
        • You will automatically be assigned an alpha-numerical ID from the vendor, something like US15001234.
        • You may always use that ID number, but you may optionally add an affinity name of your choosing to use in place of that ID number.
        • You may use any name that is not already in use by another individual or entity
          • The affinity name helps improve your branding
          • It helps your people navigate to your website
          • It makes it easier for you to login to your virtual back office (business center)
        • Have in mind your favorite target name, but also a couple alternatives. For example, if “LakeCheerleading” is already taken, you may consider “LakeCheerleaders”, or “LakeCheers”.
        • You can always change or update your affinity name in the future, if you prefer a new name and it’s available. Note: Changing your name could be a bad idea if you have already done a lot of marketing because that lead traffic to the old name will not forward to you.
        • Your affinity name becomes less relevant if you plan to market your own URL that forwards to your fundraising site. (i.e. your domain www.LakeCheerBoosters.com forwards to www.YourVendorSite.com/LakeCheerleading)
  4. Best Practice: We will explain this more in the Launch Explainer Video below, but we suggest you enroll the key individuals who have the most interest in the success of your fundraising entity first, then have them be the connectors for the actual entity.
    • This strategy is NOT relevant if you ONLY want to use the first three bonus vectors, and NOT the last five. In other words, if you are only going to use just the pure affiliate portion of this Hybrid Affiliate Program and you never intend to refer other people or organizations to the system, you can skip to the next item.
    • This is a long-term flow-through strategy that benefits all parties. The idea is that placing people “in the flow” of the business volume that your entity will be generating represents a novel income opportunity to the individuals helping the cause without taking anything away from the effort. Again, you will learn more about this strategy when you watch the Launch Explainer Video.
  5. The Launch Explainer Video is your show-and-tell for sign-up and best practices. When you finish the video, you can close out the video browser window and CLICK HERE to Return to Launch Step #3 so we can get you connected.

[explains: the basic plan incl. bonus, rewards for volume, people touching the flow can profit, the flow continues into the future even after you leave your organization, there’s huge benefit to our best practices, imagine the series of connections or the flow of influence being rewarded, no mins, how bonuses are paid, no mins, max $100,000/month.]
